Meeting at 11am – Firepit will be lit, bring your own chair, cup and marshmallows!
There are a few items that need to be discussed with you all, we would appreciate your opinion/feedback on the following as soon as possible please.

  1. All Committee Member Posts will be up for election.  Emailed suggestions are accepted.
  2. Annual Fees are due 1st January – these need to be discussed. The Treasurer will present proposals for members to consider nearer the date. If you have any proposals, please let Eddy know.
  3. It was agreed to close the HSBC account as they are introducing £5 per month charge as of 1st November 2021 Details of the new account will be put to the AGM.
